Your HIway Account Manager will work with your project team to identify, design, and develop HIE Use Cases suitable for your organization. These use cases will define the document types that will be exchanged, and the workflows to be implemented at the sending and receiving organizations.
With advice from your Account Managers, your team will plan use cases based on the Use Case Planning Form. This form will guide you through the design process. Additional tools for developing HIE Use Cases are available in MeHI's HIE Toolkit.
