Samantha Halloran is Brockton Neighborhood Health Center’s Compliance Manager and HIPAA Privacy & Security Officer. She oversees regulatory requirements related to privacy protections, authorization and consent, and disclosure of information standards. Having joined BNHC in 2016, Sam brings over 14 years of administrative experience leading grant management and regulatory compliance for several healthcare organizations, private foundations, and state-based collaboratives. Prior to moving to Boston and joining BNHC, Sam served as a Program Officer for the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, Chief Compliance Officer for Landmark Home Health Care and Northern Area Multi-Service Center of Western Pennsylvania, and Corporate Compliance Officer for Family Services of Western Pennsylvania. Sam earned a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Administration and Policy from Oregon’s Master of Public Health Program (through Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland State University, and Oregon State) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Portland State University.
