CNAP-III: A Workshop on Models for Aging in Community

Presented by Community Networks for Aging in Place Alliance and Village to Village Network

Hosted by the RoseMary B. Fuss Center for Research on Aging and Intergenerational Studies, Lasell College – Lasell Village

In collaboration with Berkshire Community College and Cape Cod Community College


The CNAP-III Workshop provides a forum for examining the spectrum of needs and interests of an aging population that are critical to individual health and well-being which include:

  • An environment that encourages social connections and engagement
  • Information to maintain health and quality of life at reasonable costs
  • Personal support for needs that arise in the course of daily living
  • Activities providing a sense of involvement, contribution, and achievement

Workshop sessions will be continuously linked together with video conferencing technology made possible through the Video Conferencing Pilot Program funded by a grant from the state legislature and administered by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and Mystic Valley Elder Services.
