Aliza Stein Norcross, MPH
Aliza is a Policy Analyst with MassHealth, where she works on eight DSRIP-funded statewide investments intended to strengthen the infrastructure and workforce capacity to support Massachusetts’ Accountable Care Organizations and Community Partners. Prior to joining MassHealth, she spent four years working on a payment and delivery system transformation project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to improve the quality and lower the cost of care in 16 communities across the country. Her work as a Senior Research Associate on the Aligning Forces for Quality project encompassed providing technical assistance and content expertise to grantee communities. She focused on designing and delivering content for capacity building in quality and cost transparency, payment reform, and chronic disease prevention. Aliza has also worked on a CDC-funded project to bridge public health and urban planning in an effort to build healthy, vibrant communities. Aliza graduated from the University of Richmond in May 2009 with a BA in economics and from George Washington University in May 2013 with an MPH in health policy.
